Mixing unit
Our specialists have developed a unit with mixing systems to adapt to the traditional fleet consisting of pumping units.
It is possible to perform with one tank and a mixing system based on the KAMAZ chassis, as well as two tanks and two mixing heads on the basis of a trailer. The performance of the mixer is both automatic and manual.

Technologies for the preparation of the intermediate layer
The TWS 600S is a small, versatile pump that can be used for various well maintenance operations. The unique design has an offset crankshaft / crosshead, which significantly reduces the load on the crosshead, and crosshead guides, as well as the main roller bearings supporting the crankshaft.
The operation of the triplex plunger pump SPM TWS 600S is provided by a drive from the deck unit through EUROCARDAN drive shafts with end splines on the flanges.
High pressure manifold with a maximum working pressure of 43 MPa with a plunger of 114.3 mm and 145 MPa with a plunger of 63.5 mm.
The pressure is monitored by the Viatran 509 control sensor integrated into the WIC system, as well as by the MD TOTCO mechanical pressure gauge with a scale of 0–100 MPa installed on the discharge line.
Corporate control system
Our specialists have developed and successfully exploited software (WIC) for the server monitoring the process of attachment through on-line broadcast. All data in the form of graphs are transmitted to the command station or to interested persons in the control room for viewing, as well as to a separate server of the company, for subsequent storage.
The application (WIC Graphic Monitor) is available for Android OS.
The service is equipped with a video monitoring system for operators, followed by broadcasting to the command station, the company's server and storage on the hard disk. The amount of information for storage is up to 1 year from 6 cameras in FullHD format. The service helps in solving controversial issues when working with drilling companies.
This system has been successfully operating for more than 2 years in the company "LUTR", LLC, Leninogorsk.
Pump unit
The ASOT 100-25 station is designed for pumping water and other liquids having viscosity properties similar to water with viscosity up to 36x10-6 m2 / s (36 cSt) and chemical activity with temperatures from 274 to 358К (from 10С to 900С), not containing solid inclusions by weight more than 0.05%, size more than 0.2 mm and microhardness more than 6.5 GPa (650kgs / mm2).
The station is manufactured in the climatic version UHL of placement category 2 according to GOST 15150-69, in the range of operating temperatures (with provision of preheating) from minus -15 С ° to plus 40 С °). In addition, the station has its own system for conducting pressure testing of pipelines in automatic mode.
Technological equipment is located on a biaxial semi-trailer.
Station ASOT 100x25 - mobile. When using it, the hydrotesting of the supply and return pipes is made separately. The networks of each district are divided into sections. At each site is a schedule of crimping. Tests can be carried out at sites of any length, and the test time is reduced to a minimum.
At the same time, due to local crimping, it is possible to “power up” the consumers of the test site from the neighboring area.
One of the features of the station is a specially designed control and monitoring system that automates the testing process and saves all crimping parameters on the operator’s PC and in the controller’s memory.

ATS 2 700x70 - Cementing unit with a mixer, two-pump, three-plunger.
ATS 2 700x70 - The Russian version of a two-pump cementing unit with a recirculating system for the continuous preparation and mixing of cement mortars in a mixer operating on the principle of pneumatic supply of dry cement from a mobile warehouse.
The main purpose of the unit: the injection of cement slurries and other technological non-corrosive liquids during cementing, hydraulic fracturing, overhaul and development of oil and gas wells.
